Terms & Conditions, and Cancellation Policy
Last revised: April 8, 2025
Definitions
“Agreement” means the terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions and the provisions found in the Rental Agreement. “You” or “your” means the person identified as the renter in this Agreement and the Rental Agreement, any person signing the Rental Agreement, any Authorized Driver, or any person or organization to whom charges are billed by us at its or the renter’s direction. All persons referred to as “you”, “your”, “renter”, or “driver” are jointly and severally bound by this Agreement. “We”, “our”, or “us” means SQE Clean, LLC (DBA: Stealth Auto Rentals). “Additional Driver” means a person we list on the Face Page of the Rental Agreement. “Authorized Driver” means the renter, any Additional Driver, or any individual permitted by state law to operate the Vehicle. For rentals with pickup locations in Pennsylvania, “Authorized Driver” includes your spouse. Each Authorized Driver must have a valid driver‘s license for the duration of the rental period and, at most locations, and for most Vehicles be at least age 21. “Vehicle”, “car” or “Audi” means the motor vehicle identified in this Agreement and any vehicle we substitute for it, and all its tires, tools, accessories, equipment, keys and Vehicle documents, but “Vehicle” does not include portable navigation devices or other optional equipment (“Optional Equipment”) that you rent from us. “Diminished Value” means the difference between the value of the Vehicle immediately prior to damage or loss, and the value of the Vehicle after repair or replacement.
Renter Requirements
All renters & additional Drivers must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license & a major credit card in their name. All Drivers must provide proof of full coverage insurance. More details in ‘Insurance Requirements’. Driver’s licenses are accepted from any USA state or territory. Licenses from outside the USA also may require an international driver’s permit. International driver’s permits are valid only if presented with the original local license. Individuals with learner’s permits are not eligible to rent vehicles. All renters must have a valid driver’s license in good standing for the previous 30 days. Renters only authorized to drive within the United States. Stealth Auto reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone, for any reason.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent, but the following provisions apply for customers between the ages of 21-24:
● Renters 21-24 must present a valid, acceptable credit card (debit cards are not permitted) and a valid driver’s license (subject to screening of your driving record), both in the renter’s name.
● At time of rental, an additional per-day underage surcharge for these renters may be applied. Because we don’t verify your age when you make a reservation, this fee is in addition to your quoted online rate unless you pay & checkout with the underage extra selected.
Insurance Requirements
You are responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle and/or any loss you cause to other vehicles or property. You agree to provide auto liability and comprehensive insurance covering yourself, Stealth Auto Rentals, and the rental vehicle, which must remain in effect for the entire rental period. Comprehensive deductibles must not exceed $1,000. All drivers must carry valid insurance that covers damages to the rental vehicle in the event of an accident.
As an alternative, Stealth Auto Rentals offers a Liability & Rental Collision Protection bundle, available at an additional cost (not included in the daily rental rate). This optional coverage provides:
- Liability Protection to help cover damage or injury to others
- Collision Protection with a $250 deductible, covering damage to the rental vehicle
The renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Liability & Rental Collision Protection bundle, which will be provided upon selection of coverage.
The renter remains liable for any damage not covered by the selected insurance policy or protection plan. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by driving under the influence, reckless driving, speeding, or violating any applicable state or local laws.
Additional Drivers
Additional Drivers must meet the same rental qualifications as the renter. Additional Drivers must appear with the primary renter at the time of pick up. There will be no additional charge for each additional authorized driver including a spouse or domestic partner. There is a limit of two additional Drivers per rental contract. A spouse or domestic partner is the only permitted additional driver on non-credit card deposits. Additional Drivers age restrictions are the same as primary.
Driving Record
SQE Clean, LLC (DBA: Stealth Auto Rentals) reserves the right to deny rental if the driving history reveals any of the following:
- invalid, suspended or revoked license
- one or more convictions for reckless driving within 48 months
- one DUI, DWI or DWAI conviction within 48 months
- failure to report an accident/leaving the scene of accident within 36 months
- possession of stolen vehicle or use of a vehicle in a crime
- expired license
- three or more convictions for moving violations within 24 months (excluding seatbelt violations)
- two or more accidents within 36 months
- other activities that suggest an unsatisfactory driving record.
Payments & Deposits
Payment is due upon booking to reserve the date/time chosen. Refundable security deposits are held at the time of pickup and start at $250. If you book with a debit card, deposits can be $250 or more depending on your insurance deductibles. For extended trips, an additional $250 deposit will be due every three weeks. Deposits cannot be used to extend your booking. Deposits are used in the event there is damage, tolls, tickets, fuel reimbursement, or fees not included in the rental agreement.
Any other unsatisfied expenses incurred during the trip will be charged by Stealth Auto Rentals to the renter’s card on file. The renter is responsible for replacing any missing fuel. If not, the fuel receipt plus a $10 convenience fee will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the trip.
Tickets and Fines
Stealth Auto Rentals is not always immediately notified of tickets or fines (e.g., speeding tickets, parking tickets, red light violations) incurred during a renter’s trip. Transportation authorities have varying billing cycles, and tickets may arrive weeks or even months after your trip has ended.
If a ticket is received after your trip, Stealth Auto Rentals will contact you directly with an invoice for payment. A 10% ticket processing fee will be automatically added to the cost of any ticket or fine received. By renting with us, you agree that you remain responsible for paying all fines and associated fees related to your trip, regardless of when they are received. All fines will be pled guilty, and Stealth Auto Rentals will not dispute fines on your behalf with billing agencies.
Late Payment Policy
Invoices that remain unpaid following the end of a trip are subject to the following late penalties:
- One Week Late: 5% late fee added to the original invoice amount.
- 30 Days Late: 10% late fee added to the original invoice amount.
- 60 Days Late: 15% late fee added to the original invoice amount.
- 90 Days or More Late: 20% late fee added to the original invoice amount, and the case will be forwarded to our collection agency.
Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in legal action, including the possibility of filing a claim in small claims court.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation Period
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their scheduled trip start time. Guests who book within 24 hours of the scheduled trip start time have one hour after booking to cancel for free.
Trip Modifications
If a guest requests and Stealth Auto Rentals approves a trip modification, the free cancellation period remains tied to the original booking time and will not reset.
Partial Refunds for Cancellations Outside the Free Cancellation Period
Cancellations made outside the free cancellation period or grace period are eligible for partial refunds as follows:
- For trips longer than two days: Guests will be refunded the trip price minus the average cost of one day. Liability & Rental Collision Protection costs will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the trip start time.
- For trips two days or shorter: Guests will be refunded the trip price minus half the average cost of one day. Liability & Rental Collision Protection costs will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the trip start time.
- We will refund in full any Extras, security deposit, or young driver fee, along with 50% of any delivery fee.
Guest No-Show
If a guest fails to cancel and does not arrive by the end of the day, it will be considered a no-show. Additionally, the following situations are treated as no-shows:
- A guest arrives without a valid license, provides an invalid license, or sends another individual in their place.
- For vehicles with remote access, the guest does not access the car within 12 hours of the trip start time without cancellation.
Refunds for No-Show Trips
Refunds for no-show trips are calculated as follows:
- For trips longer than two days: Guests will be refunded the trip price and trip fee minus the average cost of two days.
- For trips two days or shorter: Guests will be refunded the trip price and trip fee minus 75% of the average cost of one day.
- We will refund in full any Extras, security deposit, or young driver fee, along with 50% of any delivery fee.
Why We Enforce This Policy
This policy ensures fairness for both parties, as cancellations and no-shows block the availability of vehicles for other guests and result in lost opportunities for rentals.
Mileage Policy
Mileage allowance is 300 miles per day unless otherwise specified. Up to a $0.50/mile charge for overages depending on the Audi Model. In some cases mileage and overages are negotiable. Please message us for any questions before your trip. We do offer trip extras to add additional miles or even unlimited miles on some listings. These typically need to be purchased before the trip starts. These can be found at checkout under ‘Trip Extras’.
Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted within the Vehicle at any time. Violation of this agreement will be fined upward of $200 or more depending on if there is damage (smell and/or physical damage).
Use of the Vehicle
You must exercise reasonable care in your use of the Vehicle. You are required at all times to operate the Vehicle safely, and in compliance with all applicable laws, including without limitation, speed limits and prohibitions on impaired or distracted driving. You are required to wear seat belts during the operation of the Vehicle and to require that all of your passengers wear seat belts. You are also required to meet any laws or regulations concerning car seats and other protections for children. You must only use the Vehicle within the United States of America. Canada and Mexico are prohibited. Violations of this provision may be subject to reasonable fines issued by Stealth Auto Rentals.
Late Policy
Stealth Auto can charge the following amounts for additional usage:
• 0-29 minutes late: No charge.
• 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: 1/2 the average daily trip price.
• 2 hours or more late (up to 1 day): Average daily trip price for 1 day + $20* late return fee.
• Late by 1 full day or more: The average daily trip price + Rental Collision Protection fee (if applied) for each additional day late, calculated as follows:
• 1 day late: Full day charge + Liability & Rental Collision Protection fee (if applied).
• 2 days late: 2 full days’ charges + Liability & Rental Collision Protection fees (if applied).
• 3 days late: 3 full days’ charges + Liability & Rental Collision Protection fees (if applied).
• Additional fees for authority involvement: Any costs, fines, or fees incurred due to the involvement of police or other authorities as a result of the late return will be charged to the renter.
• Payment and collections:
• Late return fees, full-day charges, Liability & Rental Collision Protection fees, and any authority-related costs will first be deducted from the deposit.
• Any excess charges will be applied to the cards on file.
• Any outstanding debts will be sent to collections if not resolved promptly.
Damage Policy
You are responsible for all collision damage to the Vehicle, even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown. You are responsible for the cost of repairs up to the full value of the Vehicle, including towing, storage, and impound fees.
Your own insurance, the Liability & Rental Collision Protection bundle, or the issuer of the credit card used for the rental may cover all or part of your financial responsibility. You are encouraged to verify coverage and any deductible with your insurer or card issuer. If using a credit card that includes rental coverage, check whether your personal auto insurance must be exhausted before credit card coverage applies.
You are responsible for all damage to, and loss or theft of, the Vehicle—including damage resulting from collision, weather, road conditions, or acts of nature—even if you are not at fault. If the Vehicle is not repairable or we choose not to repair it, you are responsible for its actual cash retail value on the date of the loss. You are also responsible for Loss of Use (regardless of fleet utilization), Diminished Value, and any administrative expenses related to processing a claim.
All accidents, thefts, and vandalism must be reported to both Stealth Auto Rentals and local authorities as soon as discovered.
Tires:
Flat or damaged tires are the renter’s responsibility, including any resulting damage. In the event of a flat, contact roadside assistance to install the spare, then coordinate next steps with Stealth Auto Rentals. If the tire is repairable, it may be fixed. If the tire is not repairable—for example, if the sidewall is damaged—it must be replaced.
Replacement tires must match the exact brand, model, and size as the original and must be approved by Stealth Auto Rentals prior to installation. Used tires are not permitted under any circumstances.
Unauthorized or mismatched tire replacements will result in additional charges.
In the event of a collision or other damage, file a police report, take photos, gather insurance and ID from other parties if applicable, and notify both Stealth Auto Rentals and your insurance provider as soon as possible.
Charges and Costs
You will pay us at or before the conclusion of this rental, or on demand, all charges due to us under this Agreement, including the charges and fees shown on the Face Page of the Rental Agreement and: (a) a mileage charge based on our experience if the odometer is tampered with; (b) any taxes, surcharges or other government-imposed fees that apply to the transaction; (c) all expenses we incur locating and recovering the Vehicle if you fail to return it, return it to a location or office other than the location or office identified by us, or if we elect to repossess the Vehicle under the terms of this Agreement; (d) all costs including pre- and post-judgment attorney fees we incur collecting payment from you or otherwise enforcing or defending our rights under this Agreement; (g) a reasonable fee not to exceed $250 to clean the Vehicle if returned substantially less clean than when rented or if there is evidence of smoking in our Vehicle; and, (h) towing, impound, storage charges, forfeitures, court costs, civil and/or criminal penalties or fines and all other costs we incur resulting from your use of the Vehicle during this rental. Special rental rates, vehicle category upgrades or any equipment or services provided to you free of charge only apply to the initially agreed upon rental period: If you return the Vehicle after the Due-In Date, you may be charged the standard rates for each day (or partial day) after the Due-In Date, which may be substantially higher than the rates for the initially agreed rental period. You also may be charged the standard fees for each day (or partial day) after the Due-In date for any equipment or services provided to you without charge for the initially agreed upon rental period. You will not receive a refund of prepaid amounts if you return the Vehicle before the Due-In Date. All Charges are subject to a final audit. If errors are found, you authorize us to correct the Charges with your payment card issuer You are responsible for paying the charging authorities directly for all parking citations, toll fees, fines for toll evasion, and other fees, fines and penalties assessed against you, us, or the Vehicle during this rental. If you fail to pay any of these charges and we pay any part of them, you will reimburse us for all such charges and, in addition, pay us an administrative fee of up to $20 for each such charge.
Chargeback Clause
Renters will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the renter’s debit/credit card and/or any other form of payment for any reason whatsoever related to their trip. In the event of a chargeback, Renters will accept responsibility and their issuing bank will reverse the funds back to Stealth Auto Rentals.

Any such action will be considered a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the rental, additional fees, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement. We reserve the right to recover damages resulting from tampering or interference with these devices.
